Mr. Shyam S. Bhartia, joined the Board of Directors of Jubilant FoodWorks as Chairman and founder Director in March 1995. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from St. Xaviers College, Calcutta University. He is also a fellow member of the ICWAI. Mr. Shyam S. Bhartia has experience in the pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals, food, oil and gas, aerospace and IT sectors.

Mr. Hari S. Bhartia, joined the Board of Directors of Jubilant FoodWorks as Co-Chairman and founder Director in March 1995. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Mr. Hari S. Bhartia has interests in the Pharma, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Oil & Gas (Exploration & Production), Agri & Performance Polymers, Food & Retail and Consulting Services in Aerospace and Oilfield Services.

Ms. Aashti Bhartia, joined the Board of Directors of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited as Non-Executive Director in May, 2017. She holds Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and History from Columbia University, USA and Business Bridge Program from Tuck School of Business, Hanover, New Hampshire. She has expertise in management building and business expansion. She is an Executive Director at Ogaan India Private Limited and earlier worked as head of Strategy and Business Development for Jubilant First Trust Hospitals.

Mr. Abhay Prabhakar Havaldar, joined the Board of Directors of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited as an Independent Director in July, 2018. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Bombay University and has done M.sc. in Management from the Sloan Fellow program at London Business School. He has over 20 years of distinguished experience in the venture capital and private equity industry and skilled in Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Strategy. He is also a Shareholder Director at National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

Mr. Ashwani Windlass, joined the Board of Directors of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited as an Independent Director in July, 2018. He is a university topper with a Gold Medal in his B.Com from Punjab University, Chandigarh, a graduate in Journalism and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He is a leading strategy, telecom and technology professional, having over four decades of wide and top management experience with an outstanding track record of value creation. He is also engaged in advisory role, mentoring CEO’s & entrepreneurs.

Mr. Berjis Minoo Desai, joined the Board of Directors of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited as an Independent Director in May, 2017. He is a Law Graduate from Mumbai University and post graduate in law from Cambridge University, U.K. He has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, derivatives, corporate and financial laws, International business laws and international commercial arbitration. He has been practicing law for the last 37 years and his last association was with the J. Sagar Associates, a national law firm as the Managing Partner.

Ms. Deepa Misra Harris, joined the Board of Directors of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited as an Independent Director in June, 2019. She is a luxury hospitality & brand specialist with proficiency in Branding, Marketing, Sales and Public Relations, having over 30 years of experience and has a proven track record of delivering double digit growth and escalating brands to leadership positions. She has been featured in Impact’s list of Most Influential Women in Marketing for 3 years and the Business Today list of Most Powerful Business Women for 2 years. She holds a master’s degree from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi University and have completed various executive programs from Cornell & ISB.

Mr. Pratik Pota , joined the Board of Directors of Jubilant FoodWorks as Chief Executive Officer and Whole time Director in April 2017. He has graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani and has a PGDM from IIM Kolkata. Prior to this, Mr. Pota has held various leadership roles at Bharti Airtel, Hindustan Unilever & PepsiCo. He has over 24 years of experience in FMCG & Telecom.

Mr. Shamit Bhartia, joined the Board of Directors of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited as Non-Executive Director in May, 2017. He holds bachelor's degree in Economics from Dartmouth College, USA. Shamit is on the board of Hindustan Media Ventures Ltd. and HT Media Ltd., both of which operate in the Media sector. He is also on the board of Jubilant Industries Ltd, which operates in the speciality chemicals and consumer products space.

Mr. Vikram Singh Mehta, joined the Board of Directors of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited as an Independent Director in February, 2019. He holds a B.A. (Mathematics Honors) degree from St. Stephens College, University of Delhi, a BA/MA (Economics Honors) degree from, Magdalen College, University of Oxford and a post graduate degree in Energy Economics from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. He started his career with the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1978. Presently, he is Executive Chairman of Think Tank Brookings India.
